Hi, I’m Tim Weeks, an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and cinematographer based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
My approach to drone operations is rooted in filmmaking. As the co -founder of Crux Films, a production company focused on documentary and brand storytelling, I have spent years working behind professional camera systems, developing an eye for composition, camera movement, and visual narrative.
That background shapes the way I approach aerial work. I’m not simply flying a drone; I’m thinking about framing, motion, and how each shot contributes to the larger story a project is trying to tell.
Whether supporting a larger production or capturing aerial imagery for a client’s project, I focus on operating safely and efficiently while delivering visuals that feel intentional, cinematic, and professionally executed. I look forward to working with clients of all kinds and strive to capture the strongest possible aerial imagery every time I take flight.
